At the Nobel Museum in Stockholm...
WWW hosted a special evening for conference attendees here. Small but surprisingly affecting museum. There's a ceiling-mounted track full of banners for each of the Nobel laureates. Each banner comes down the central hall, a graceful procession, and then joins the line, going around the ceiling circuit. It takes 6 hours for each banner to make a full circuit, making a wonderful shush-shushing sound the whole time. The videos in this museum were for me the highlight - focused on different awardees, wildly varied in style and approach. I watched till closing, then sauntered around Gamla Stan, the old city and took the subway back to the hotel. A fine evening.
